Eligibility for Refunds & Exchanges
You may request a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. To qualify, products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.
Please note: Certain personalized or custom-made products cannot be refunded or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
How to Request a Refund or Exchange
To start your return, please contact us with your order details and a brief description of the issue. Our team will guide you through the process and provide instructions for returning your item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs except when the item is defective or you received the wrong product.
Processing Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund or exchange. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days using your original payment method. Exchanges will be shipped as soon as your return is verified.
Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene reasons, face masks, undergarments, and earrings are non-refundable unless faulty. Gift cards and sale items are also final sale and cannot be returned.
